I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, especially considering the prime location in the city center. The attention to detail was impressive, with the staff ensuring a smooth and fast check-in and check-out process. Additionally, the rooms, particularly those on the upper floors, were comfortable and well-maintained. I appreciated the privacy and tranquility, thanks to the soundproofing. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered a decent variety of food to start the day positively.

All good except room carpets which are very old, this make me sencetivelly and make me sneezing all the time and distrub my sleeping.

Plaza had a really good service. Suria klcc was easily accessible, set only 1 mile away. We appreciated the comfort and facilities and everything supplied for our vacation.

The location is perfect, near Pavilion and KLCC.

This hotel is a great find for anyone on a budget. The prices are very reasonable and provide great value for money. The location is also ideal, being in the city center and close to the bar street. The staff is friendly and provides good service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was ok.

The staff are really helpful and make us very comfortable. Even the asst manager are willing to go for extra miles by check on the access card himself.

Easy access to all the shopping, tourist attractions. Free parking for hotel customers is a good selling point. Staffs are helpful and guidance.

No lift service from car park to hotel lobby.

The hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are equivalent to other hotels in the area, but with rooms that are even better in terms of spaciousness and amenities. The location is also very convenient, being just a stone's throw away from the train station. Additionally, the in-house meal I ordered was delicious and satisfying.

The value for money at this hotel is incredible. You get excellent prices for a stay that includes basic amenities like a queen-sized bed in level 11 rooms, which are in a slightly better condition. The location in the city centre, near the bar street, is ideal for those who want easy access to nightlife. The staff are extremely attentive and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests.

No issues at all, everything was perfect.

The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and dining options, as well as public transportation. the room offered free Wi-Fi and a decent view of the city skyline. Breakfast was included in the rate and had a good variety.

The room was not well-maintained with old furniture and a musty smell. the bathroom was outdated and the shower leaked water onto the floor.
